Rum
A good rum is made exclusively from sugar cane. These rum varieties are called Rhum Agricole. Rum is mainly produced in Latin and Central America and on the Caribbean islands. Matured in wooden barrels they are amber coloured and get their typical sugar cane/caramel taste.
